Developed in the 1980s by the Arvida Corp., Millpond is one of the most desirable communities in Boca Raton, Florida. It was designed for professional people seeking a safe, scenically attractive and friendly place to raise their families. Millpond consists of 306 single family homes that were designed to blend with the exceptionally lovely wooded environment of live oak and pine trees, interspersed with curving tree-lined streets, cul-de-sacs and park areas. It is a peaceful, non-gated neighborhood with two lakes, a dock and pavilion areas, a picturesque footbridge, picnic areas, a basketball court, two playgrounds and tennis courts.  The lots in Millpond are typically 10,000 square feet and homes range in size from 1,800 to 3,400 square feet.

To enhance the friendly, family lifestyle, the Millpond Homeowners Association sponsors several events throughout the year, such as the monthly Pizza in the Park and the annual Bike Parade & Carnival, Egg Hunt, and Halloween Party. You and your family will find these fun-filled events to be a wonderful way to meet your new neighbors.

Millpond residents are fortunate in having 8 schools (4 public and 4 private) within a 2 mile radius. Only 5 miles (12 minutes by car) from the beach, it is also within 1½ miles of The Town Center Mall, which is one of the largest and most visited regional malls in Florida. The City’s Spanish River Library, Countess De Hoernle Park and Patch Reef Park are just two miles from Millpond. We are located on St Andrews Boulevard. 1 mile north of Glades Road or 1 mile south of Yamato Road… both Yamato and Glades are exits from Interstate 95. St. Andrews Boulevard. runs parallel to I-95 and is 3 miles west on Yamato Road or 1½ miles west on Glades.
